Returns and refunds

Returning or exchanging an item

All our products come with a one-year warranty. So, in the unlikely event that an item is faulty or develops a fault within 35 days of purchase, we are happy to replace or refund the goods.

We will also send you the correct replacement if we have sent you an incorrect product.

For goods shipped to the UK or the EU, we will refund the original postage.

Changing your mind

When you change your mind or return an unwanted gift, we will give you an exchange within 35 days of delivery or a refund.

To cancel items dispatched to the UK or the EU, we need 14 days’ notice, but you’ll get a refund for the goods and the original delivery charge.

International returns

We cannot offer returns to international customers unless the product was faulty, or we sent the wrong item.

You will have to pay for the return delivery or postage, and we will not refund the original shipping costs.
