Employee gifting at Chiltern Way Academy
The Client
Chiltern Way Academy
The Problem
Increasing Morale and Movement
We had a request from the Assistant Head Teacher of the Chiltern Way Academy, in Prestwood, Buckinghamshire, an Ofsted Outstanding school that specialises in ASC (Autistic Spectrum Condition), Behaviour and SEMH (Social, Emotional, Mental Health). They were looking for a way to improve staff morale, well-being and development to help positively kick-start a new term.
The Solution
Hotbox 1 to the Rescue
We were asked if we could supply Hotbox 1 to help provide each member of staff a kit for their classroom or office with the essentials to give them the ability to move between settings. We supplied 64 Hotbox 1's in a mixture of colours making for the ideal employee gift. Whether for new starters or to increase the morale, flexibility and well-being of current staff Hotbox helps to make life simpler and make employees smile. "The Hotbox caddys will really help me create a stronger and appreciated staff team, boosting morale and organisation." Chris Tofte – Assistant Headteacher
