Can I return my goods?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. See our Refunds Policy for return delivery address.
Can I track my order?
All orders are shipped by either Royal Mail, DPD, depending on the weight and destination of your order. Orders placed by noon GMT/BST will be shipped on the same working day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following working day. Once your shipment has left our warehouse you will receive an email containing full details of how you can track the delivery of your order. Please contact us if you do not receive the tracking emails.
Do I have to pay to return an item?
Return postage is payable. See our Refund Policy for further details.
Do you ship to my country?
Hotbox ships internationally, with all orders currently being fulfilled from our warehouses based either in the United Kingdom or the Netherlands. Please contact us if you would like confirmation on shipping destinations.
How can I leave a product review on your website?
Simply add a review on the page for the product you have purchased.
How can I reset my password if I forget it?
There are no passwords with our Account setup, instead you will receive a 2FA code either by email or text which keeps your account secure.
How do I create an account on your website?
Just head to the Account login page and enter your email address to set up an account.
How long will it take to receive my order?
UK - Delivery between 2 - 4 days depending on the goods ordered and destination.
ROW - Delivery between 5 - 10 days depending on the goods ordered and destination.

Do you offer bulk or business discounts?
We have business discounts for volume buying. Please contact us for more details.
How do I set up a reseller account with you?
Setting up a reseller account with us is very simple. All we need is some simple details about your company structure, and we're all set. Initially transactions will require up-front payment but we can soon move to a credit account once we have a little history built up.
Is delivery included in your pricing?
All our pricing is quoted ex-works or ex-warehouse, however we do include packing ready for transport within our pricing. Shipping is quoted separately, to your warehouse, on an order-by-order basis due to the different shipping weights and dimensions of each order.
Custom Logo
Can I add a custom logo?
Custom branding can be added to the caddies, bags, Folio and Utility Pouch for an additional fee with a minimum order quantity.
Caddies – MOQ 200 units. Your logo can be added to the front of the Hotbox 1, Hotbox 2 or Hotbox 4 Caddy replacing the Hotbox logo. If you require less than 200 units, your logo would co-brand with the Hotbox logo and can be placed on the front, side or back of the caddy . Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Hotbox 2 Covers – MOQ 20 units. Your logo can be embroidered onto the Hotbox 2 cover.
Bags, Folio & Utility Pouch – MOQ 20 units. Your logo can be printed on the flat section on the front of the bags.
Please send to support@behotbox.com an EPS or PNG version of your logo so we can assess and advise.
Caddies – MOQ 200 units. Your logo can be added to the front of the Hotbox 1, Hotbox 2 or Hotbox 4 Caddy replacing the Hotbox logo. Are the bags showerproof?
All our bags plus the Folio and Utility Pouch are showerproof.
Are your products Sustainable?
All our products are sustainable. Our caddies, bags, Folio and Utility Pouch are all made from Post-consumer recycled plastic waste. The Utility Pouch is made from natural Hemp fibre.
Can I fit a laptop into Hotbox 1?
The Hotbox 1's rear compartment can comfortably hold tablets and small laptops up to 290mm/11.4”
Can I fit Origin into a locker?
Hotbox Origin can fit into lockers larger than height 270mm / 10.6", Width 385mm / 15.2" and Depth 250mm / 9.84". Origin has a dual-handle system to make lifting them in and out safe and easy.
Can I have products made in bespoke colours?
We currently do not offer the caddies or bags in bespoke colours. However, if you contact us with what you have in mind, we can advise viability.
How can I carry my keyboard with Hotbox 2?
Hotbox 2 can be accessorised with a keyboard holder designed to secure even wide keyboards safely as you move around the office, made from soft fabric for extra protection.
How can I clean the Hotbox 2 Cover?
Both Hotbox 2's soft fabric cover and plastic caddy shell can be wiped down with a damp cloth.
